All items are made to order, just for you. Our current production time is roughly 1-2 working days on all items, and all packages are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery takes 3-6 business days globally/internationally.

Please note that international shipping times and tracking data vary for each country. While estimated shipping time for all countries is 3-6days, delays do sometimes happen so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Thanks for understanding!

Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure product images accurately reflect the colours of leather, slight colour and grain variations are inevitable with natural buffalo hide. Furthermore, due to monitor resolution, lighting, colour balancing and many other factors, it is near impossible to ever represent the true colour with 100% accuracy.

My bags are made individually using traditional leather handicraft and are not chemically treated. Therefore, minor production imperfections may occur such as minor scuffing, colour and grain variations and other blemishes. These all form part of the vintage, rustic and natural look Cuero Guappo strives for, making each bag unique and beautiful.

Cuero Guappo bags are covered by 1-year warranty guaranteeing the major workings & structure of our products.

WHAT WE COVER:
Broken straps or grab handles
Tears to the external leather structure (caused by normal usage)
Hardware defects (broken zips, buckles or press studs)

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:
General wear & tear or accidental damage
Disregard of product care instructions or water damage
Alterations made to the product by a third party
Natural ageing of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches & burnishing.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Send us an email with photos detailing the fault.
